I have changed the file names and merged the two last tracks of disc two.
The first track of both discs were well under 2 seconds and basically only
silence so I've deleted them.

Please note this is not the version seeded on Dime, but the source is the same.
However, I believe the version seeded has a DAE in the lineage while here is not.
