LDB Master Series #222 Hello, this is a collection of masters I would like to seed here. I've been taping shows for more than 20 years and have an awful lot of masters. Most of them are in the old cassette format, some others are on MiniDisc and others are on CD. I've taped many shows of many artists over the years, so don't be surprised if you will find many different artists taped! Some shows are already circulating, some others have not circulated through collectors yet. But most of all, enjoy! They all come from my mastertapes! Please DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing music here. I went to both nights in Milano but this is probably the best of the two. At that time Eric Clapton was living in Milano so it was not difficult for him to Join Sting at the end of the show. I have to say I was not particularly impressed by his performance. The show itself was fantastic, not only because of the impressive setlist but especially for the all-star band that Sting assembled for the tour, with musicians that had playec with people like Miles Davis, Weather Report, Herbie Hancock, Talking Heads etc... The recording shows its age but still it is enjoyable. In some parts you will hear some static which comes from my master, so nothing I can do to remove it! Enjoy this master. In 2010 I will be extremely slow to release new show on my series (maybe once a month) so for now this is it for january. Take care! ldb
