The taper originally uploaded the files on gigasize as lossless ogg files
(more information here: http://www.thepolice.com/members/community/mboard/index.php?topic=5392.0).
I simply converted them to FLAC and changed the file names, but did not touch
anything else, including the sample rate that is at 48 kHz (so if you want to
burn this on a CD you have to resample at 44.1 kHz and possibly check/correct
for SBEs).
(Oh, and before converting to FLAC I've compared the checksums of my OGG files
against those posted by the taper and they matched).
(And, before you ask, I did not upload this on DIME myself because Joe was more
faster than me!).
