Andy Summers Somerville Theatre Somerville, MA 6 September 1988 Opening for Tangerine Dream Length: 48 Min Source: Audience Quality: 9 Notes: From master Origin: ** Wed 13th Dec, 2006 22:52 GMT - DAD 1. The Island of Silk 2. Penhill March (World Gone Strange) 3. Naima (Coltrane cover) 4. In Praise of Shadows 5. Emperor’s Last Straw I'm not convinced that the song title for track 4 is correct. After he plays it, Andy says it's called "The Return Of Lawrence Of Arabia", but I can't find that song on any of his CDs. I took the title "In Praise of Shadows" from a previous torrent of NY 9/7 and New Haven 9/9. "In Praise of Shadows" appears on Andy's "Mysterious Barricades" CD, but it doesn't sound like that song to me. Anyway, this is a very nice recording and clearer than both the NY and New Haven recordings. It's also about 5 minutes longer. Enjoy!
